How you can use Launchpad.

1. The service

Launchpad is an early service for organizing SaaS products, lifecycle guidance, and focus work. Features may change, be incomplete, or occasionally be unavailable. “Building next” descriptions are plans, not promises or purchased functionality.

2. Access and the trial

New workspaces receive 30 days of access to all functionality currently shipped. No charge will be made without first presenting the price and asking for explicit agreement. After expiry, saved data, account recovery, and billing remain accessible. Contact info@fratera.io for a workspace-data export or account deletion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for accurate registration details, reasonable account security, and activity under your account. Do not share authentication credentials. Tell the operator promptly through the support email info@fratera.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain rights in the workspace content you enter. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to submit the content and must not enter unlawful material, credentials outside Secret Locker or the dedicated AI key settings, regulated data, or information that harms another person.

5. Acceptable use

Do not probe or disrupt the service, evade access controls, introduce malicious code, misuse another account, scrape the service at scale, or use it to violate law or third-party rights. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

6. Guidance and integrations

Lifecycle suggestions are general operational guidance, not legal, financial, security, or professional advice. Provider names and links do not imply partnership. Unless Launchpad explicitly labels a connection as read-only or connected, it has not accessed the provider account or verified its status.

7. Availability and liability

Launchpad is supplied on a reasonable-efforts basis without an uptime commitment. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact info@fratera.io about a service fault or dispute so we can investigate and respond.

8. Payments, renewal, and cancellation

Launchpad costs $10 per month or $99 per year. The amount, currency, applicable taxes, and billing interval shown in Paddle checkout apply to your purchase. Paddle is the merchant of record and manages payment processing, invoices, and applicable sales taxes. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled.

Use Billing → Manage or cancel subscription to stop renewal through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until then. Deleting your Launchpad account and canceling renewal are separate requests. Contact info@fratera.io if you need help with either.

Request a refund through Paddle support or info@fratera.io. Paddle's buyer terms and any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights apply. Stopping renewal does not by itself issue a refund.

9. Ending participation

You may stop using Launchpad at any time and request account deletion through the support channel. The operator may end or suspend access with reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed for security, legal, or abuse reasons.
