Private alpha terms
A small, honest agreement for an early product.
These baseline terms explain the current invitation-only use of mySaaS Launchpad, a product under the Fratera brand.
1. The private alpha
Launchpad is an early service for organizing SaaS products, lifecycle guidance, and focus work. Features may change, be incomplete, or occasionally be unavailable. “Building next” descriptions are plans, not promises or purchased functionality.
2. Access and the trial
Eligible users receive 14 days of access to all functionality currently shipped. Billing is not enabled. No charge will be made without first presenting the price and asking for explicit agreement. Security, account recovery, billing, data export, and account-deletion controls are intended to remain accessible after the operating trial.
3. Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration details, reasonable account security, and activity under your account. Do not share authentication credentials. Tell the operator promptly through the channel that invited you if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain rights in the workspace content you enter. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to submit the content and must not enter unlawful material, secrets, regulated data, or information that harms another person.
5. Acceptable use
Do not probe or disrupt the service, evade access controls, introduce malicious code, misuse another account, scrape the service at scale, or use it to violate law or third-party rights. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
6. Guidance and integrations
Lifecycle suggestions are general operational guidance, not legal, financial, security, or professional advice. Provider names and links do not imply partnership. Unless Launchpad explicitly labels a connection as read-only or connected, it has not accessed the provider account or verified its status.
7. Availability and liability
The private alpha is supplied on a reasonable-efforts basis without an uptime commitment. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Final warranty, liability, dispute, and termination terms will be established before general availability.
8. Ending participation
You may stop using the alpha at any time and request account deletion through the invitation or support channel. The operator may end or suspend alpha access with reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed for security, legal, or abuse reasons.
